PES Energize is operated as a division of the Pulaski Electric System (PES). PES provides electric power to Giles County. PES also provides meter reading and collection services for the City of Pulaski’s water and gas departments.
PES is governed by a five-member board of directors appointed by the Pulaski Mayor and Board of Alderman. Ronald Holcomb is president/chief executive officer of PES and PES Energize.
